Hello Firstly I am currently in Jamaica my flight is scheduled for this Wednesday I am not well do need to reschulfr it. I am unable to do so when I log in as the only option is to cancel. I need to amend my flight ASAP. I booked a flexible ticket. There is no phone number to contact anyone on. Secondly I paid £300 extra for priority seating Ans when I checked in I was told this was not an option. This service was not revived so will need to be refunded.
