Iam writing this email of complaint as iam extremely disappointed in the last few packets of cigarettes, they have been full of large branch-like sticks and burning down extremely quickly. I have been a loyal customer to Lambert and butler for 15 years and smoke 20+ a day so I do spend alot of money so to feel like iam not enjoying my cigarettes as i always do is extremely upsetting.
