Service I am complaining about Customer service not helpful

I never buy on line but because I had surgery I thought I would try and I had someone that would pick it up for me I had a 15% discount and $5.00 for having my charge card 8 Yrs..I found dish towels I needed so I went on line and after about 45minutes I thought I did it correctly I had my charge number., my phone number the name of te person picking it up as well as the item . the person went to the soughton kohl's twice and was told there is no item waiting . I then decided I would call customer service as they have always been nice and helpful. I tell the associate my story and can she please help me her answer was you have to do it again I can not help you that to me is not good customer - I lost both my discounts as well aa not being able to order my towels thank you my email is [protected]@aol.com
