Unfair cancellation and processing fees when the root cause of the problem is Justfly delays

My EVA AIR flight to the Asia bought from Just Fly was placed on "Waiting list" 4/29/2021 because Just Fly failed to reissue my ticket to the airline on time, as stated by EVA air agent during my call to them at 8pm. I was directed by the agent to contact Just Fly. I tried to contact Just Fly soon after my call to EVA AIR when I was placed on multiple HOLD some for over 15 min. Because of these long holds, I accepted the option for a Call BACK. The Call back was returned after 8am the following day, 4/30. Not getting the resolution on time, I had to cancel the flight. For this, I am being charged by Jet Fly for processing fee of $75!!! and had to pay a $200 cancellation fee: Extremely unfair as the root of the problem is JUST FLY's delay and inability to resolve issues on time.
