I have never heard of this company until I saw the money £35.0 taken out of my account. I asked for a refund, now they want to put me through to an expert to solve the problem. But say I have to pay £5.0 which will be refunded which A. I don't believe and B. not going to give my bank details, again, for a company I have never heard of and could be fraudsters about to take thousands out of my account. So unless you refund my £35.0 within 24 hours, I will make an official complaint through the financial ombudsman Dr Morison
