I signed up and agreed to a $5 trial membership of Just Answer. I was charged the full price of $34 instead of $5. When I requested a refund I was told the trial membership price was no longer available and I would not receive a refund. The company mislead me by advertising that the membership was available for a $5 trial and that I could cancel my membership at anytime. I contacted their customer service department but they have no help.
