Sighed up for service in feb 2011 promised a signup gift card; Filled in paperwork the day after received first bill Have made 8 phone call got 8 different answers, 5 emails, with no answer. Have calles customer service and ask to talk to a supervisor told [only come in once a day but would call me when they comi within 24 hours, Still waiting over a month ago.
