Item paid for not received

I bought and paid for a amethyst ring on 2020-08-26 for $66 and never received it. At what point does the better business bureau or who ever shut these scammers down and prosecute??? There are more complaints about this company than happy customers...there's no way to contact them either on the site or online and someone needs to stop them from ripping off so many people I mean~seriously??!!!
