Complaint against customer service

Hello Sir, I called customer service twice today Mr Asim Raiz received my call, he is not listening me and has lot of background noise of kids, they are crying. And he simply advised me you can buy new box and even not listening my problem. I call again him and he said told you before buy new box. And when I td him can you please quite your kids they are making a noise, then he told me I am working from home and I can't stop my kids. Sorry.
