Bought this item from tv commercial, tried them to find out they overheated sparked burned my husband, right away called the company to return the product. three weeks ago Victoria said she is sending a return label, never happened, I have been calling and calling nobody answers the phone I am at 11 phone call I always leave a message to be called back however no one called.
