I placed a request for junk removal a WEEK prior to the day requested. I made the request on April 1st. The day that was scheduled and CONFIRMED for MONDAY April 5th at 7 am... The day of I get an email and text, literally minutes before the "CONFIRMED CONTRACTOR" was supposed to show up, saying "Unfortunately, we could not find a professional to complete your Waste, Junk, Building Material and Debris - Remove and Haul service at your chosen date and time". The booking was CONFIRMED!!! Meaning that there IS A CONTRACTOR AT THE READY! They made FALSE CLAIMS and I have a reasonable expectation to have my prepaid appointment met without exception! To suggest that after 5 days there wasn't an actual person to begin with after TWO confirmation emails and then literally minutes before, there actually wasn't anyone from the start. Then there's the happy Guarantee ... we'll I'm NOT HAPPY and as advertised requires that HomeAdvisor complete the requirements of the job at THEIR COST!
