Installation of windows, screens and doors

In Oct 2020, we ordered some windows and then waited to be installed and then we ordered more windows and a door and waited to be installed. The total order cost $ 22, 000.00-- not cheap so we expected good service and done correctly. When the 1st set of windows were installed the installers bent the frames and put holes in screens and the wood installed along edge of windows to frame all split. We were told by Home Depot this would be taken care by the installer and we have been waiting over 3 weeks now for this job to be done and still has not been taken care of. The installation team Home Depot has are just terrible to work with, they call and say they are coming and never show up. We have left messages at Home Depot who we purchased everything from and they never return calls. We have paid this in job in full and are expecting this job to be done AND want to know when this will be. Ray Cantin -Email [protected]@gmail.com
