Have not received any benifits from my lifetime membership in many years. My membership numberis 80/83446, joined March 2010. I request a refund of money paid, approximately $300. James D. In 2010 I resided in St. Louis, Missouri I did not appreciate your snide comment that my complaint and claim will not recieve serious consideration unless it is voluminous. I believe the notice said my claim needs to be 350 words or longer to get attention. That is rediculous. I will expect a response.
