Gift basket delivery

The the custom gift basket I ordered had a selection of items to purchase to fill the basket. I had 8 items selected which added a pretty high total. When the package was delivered my parents sent me a thank you photo and was shocked to see what they had received. Items were missing and there were empty spots in the basket like they had been removed. When I tried contacting Hazelton's to try and resolve the missing items, I was told they were allowed to replace an item if they did not have it in stock. Well, chocolate covered Strawberries, other chocolates along with Brie Cheese was replaced with tortilla chips. The type of basket you pay for was also different and not at all comparable in price. This was a total rip off and absolutely no response or resolution. Total scam.
