I bought a champagne and pear basket I added apples bananas and oranges I spent $106 and when the fruit arrived for my son the bananas were black and had bugs in them and the pears were rotten. There was supposed to be an upgraded bottle of champagne instead ir was a cheap bottle of wine there was supposed to be flutes and instead there were cheap wine glasses.The basket was also damaged ans I ordered balls which were never delivered I was so embarrassed when my son received this we had to apologize to him. Despite our best efforts, we can't guarantee the condition in which products of this nature will be delivered if in transit for longer time periods. We recommend that customers only ship perishable items if willing to pay for/upgrade to the fastest shipping method available during checkout (same-day, next-day, overnight); we also include this advisory in the product details of most of our perishable and custom baskets.
