January 18, 2021 To The Manager (Ashlie Odle) or Whom So ever It May Concern GOLD'S GYM COLLEGE STATION 200 Brentwood Drive East College Station, TX 77840 [protected] Request to Cancel my membership @ Goldgym College Station Hello, I called twice last month and today to cancel my membership and I was told by your center that I must speak to you for cancellation. I am getting calls from your office member services [protected] and the estimated wait time to cancel is 20 minutes. Based on the recorded message, I hear that I need to contact local Gold Gym and I am having difficulty in reaching your office. I am not living at College Station due to Covid Reasons and I do not require Gym services anymore. Please cancel and confirm. Sincerely Bhavani Polepeddi
