[protected] This is my case number that your company are supposed to be dealing with. I have logged a complaint with you regarding this product on the 4th Feb 2021 and it is still not resolved. I received a message that merchant was contacted and would contact me in 7 days no response. I then received a message contact with merchant was suspended and you would resolve it in about 2 days. nothing has happened and every time I contact Bethany of your customer service she sends me the exact same email " I have emailed merchant they should contact within 7 days" so this proves she does not read my emails. This complaint is now going on almost 5 weeks I think its gone well over time and I would like a refund immediately please as its gone on long enough. Regards Kevin
