On 6-3-21 I purchased one 9"pie @ #4016 Bolivar 11031 SR 212 NE Bolivar, Ohio 44612 PH# [protected]. On 6-8-21 I ate one piece of the pie. After I ate 98% of that piece, I noticed mold on the remaining piece. I then looked at the remaining pie in it's box and I could see mold. The box said sell by Jun 05, 21 03:21 PM. I also ate a piece of pie on 6-5-21, I did not notice any mold. Today I have a stomach ache and headache. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow.
