Poor service Broken dryer

I have a dryer I had delivered on Feb. 24 2021 it smells like something is burning after about 3 to 5 loads of drying I have spoken to a Miranda she had a GE tech come out to my home I was told he could not find the problem now she wants me to have another tech come back out again meanwhile I'm using a new dryer that I FEAR it may catch fire from what I'm smelling I asked if my dryer could be replaced but I have been treated poorly I know what I'm smelling I'm very disappointed in the support I have receive because the tech couldn't find anything I guess I'm crazy I cant believe that nothing can be done to help me I have not had this dryer 3months I called back on the 20th of April then I spoke with Miranda she gave me her word after the tech left she would call me the next day she never did and the problem was going on for about 3weeks before I even called [protected] is my number Nicole Jenkins is my nameRe: [EXT] Re: Consumer Relations [ ref:_00D4PxZeh._5004P1U3H3P:ref ] I really hope someone can help me other Miranda who said its no one above her to speak with hope that's not true she seems to careless she couldn't even keep her word and call me even up until now no call like she told me she was going to do I bought a set washer and dryer to use an not have to fear that one of the pair has to be use less because its not working properly this is horrible
