I got an email saying I didn't give enough information, which is a start; it's the first time Fuller Brush didn't ignore me. It was at least 3 years ago it didn't come with any solution. I don't have any receipts. I don't remember from where I ordered this. You said you were 'here to help. Right. ------------------------------ I was just subjected to your lying commercial where the person says, "With the fuller brush company, your satisfaction is guaranteed! " I bought the window washing product and there was no solution. I called, emailed, and probably just like this message, I was summarily ignored. Just have some morals and quit lying!
