My complaint is about: Poor customer service

At approximately 6:11 pm P/T, I attempted to make a reservation and received this employee who could not get any of the information I gave her correct. She constantly stated, "I'm trying to do my job." However, she was ineffective and ill prepared even when I slowly gave her the departure and arrival sites names. Over and over she directed me to some Island when I clearly stated Raleigh, NC. Finally I asked to speak to supervisor, which she never acknowledged the request. I don't know her name but the records can verify. The departure was from Las Vegas to Raleigh, NC on 8/06/21. I called again and was lucky enough to get John who handled the reservation.
