I am complaining of the poor service of an employee

I was told on my insurance that was past due I was able to pay on the day of cancellation anytime before midnight. An employee named Armando Garcia he said his name was but not sure if it's true or not was chuckling and giggling at me because of all the frustration I had. I asked to speak to manager and he said there's no reason to and that they only had 13 minutes left. This insurance is ridiculous and gives out false information to people and that is not acceptable.
