1

I purchased 2018 f150 5.0 crew cab april 2021 70, 000 miles i have owned many f150 thru the years my last one lasted over 200, 000 miles no problems the f150 i have now has all highway miles and while driving 05/21/21 a valve spring broke the ford dealer said it will cost me between $900.00 and $3, 100.00 to repair i asked him what would cause a valve spring to break he said it could be a defect spring . I know the warranty is over at 60, 000 miles but with a factory defective spring i dont thing i should have to pay for the repair also what is to say there will not be more broken valve springs in the future the ford dealer i have my truck at is in ludington mi betten baker iam retired and cant afford these large repairs john baltruczak [protected] or [protected]@yahoo.com
