Talking to an agent at Flight Hub

May 14, 15, 16 Booking Number [protected]. Flight Hub and I finally connected today May 16th on a call back. The voice prompt lead me to, if you want to speak to an agent press 1. We pressed 1 and was immediately disconnected. I have tried to speak to an agent on-line or leave a message and I do not know where my inquiry is at, I want My Air Canada Q5HGH8 cancelled and refunded per the new Air Canada Policy. I want my Wesject JCVWPR to remain open ended so I can use in a future booking. I have requested this and have had no response. Every time I go to the web-site it takes me on a circle and eventually a spot where I could tell what I wanted. However, I keep getting phone calls with no agent on the line. Either you have this service or you do not. There is no e-mail contact and no way to get a hold of any person at Flight Hub.
