I booked and paid for a flight using LOT Polish Airlines. I checked the policy and they included a bag of 23kgs with an economy ticket. There were no alternatives. When the time came for us to leave we were told that there was no luggage included in the ticket far although we checked. We were never told by Flighthub or LOT that the ticket we bought were Economy Saver and not Economy. This is just a scam to extract more money from passengers. Flighthub needs to be forthright and tell you what class of ticket you booked and what is included and not included at the time of purchase. This is usury at its finest. I am contemplating an action at small claims court to teach them a lesson.
