Transfer not credited to beneficiary account

Dear Sir, My name : Roshiqu Puliyirikkamkandy Registered Mobile number with bank : [protected] Please find the enclosed screenshot of the transfer i made on 19th August 2021 to ADCB beneficiary account. But till today the amount has not reached the beneficiary. An amount 0f 248.00 made two times. Meanwhile, the amount has been deducted from my account. Emailed the bank but not response. I dont know what kind of service FAB is providing.
