The Independence hub lies on reports. On 7/11/21 your obnoxious driver said my pkg wasn't on truck. He backed OFF my large concrete pad and damaged my yard. He got angry when I refused to help him. Another fedx driver came to help. Then finally another man in a van came and after much ado, got that careless driver out. Tried to file damage report and after on hold for 20 minutes, hung up. Driver yelled at me while I was on phone to chewy rep who heard him yelling. I am 76 years old, but repaired the damage myself. Travel time, 8 bags topsoil, straw, seed, and my labor ...$500.00 should do it. You can contact Chewy as they filed several complaints for me about your lousy service. Get all info from them.
