Brought in an extremely large package and asked me where I wanted it, I wanted to make sure it was being delivered to the correct address so I bent down to look at the packing slip and as was doing so he asked my name and ran out the door leaving the package in the Lobby of the clinic. The package was too large for me to move by myself. Tried calling the 800 number, a foreigner answers which i cannot understand. I had to search and search for how to submit a complaint on line. The company make is very easy for these drivers to do what ever the heck they want with no repercussions- because you cannot get in touch with anyone at FedEx at a local level and most all representatives at the 800 no. are foreigners that are very difficult to understand. It is as if FedEx wants it to be difficult to make a complaint.
