I am very disappointed with the service of postlaju which related to my important client who on flight on 13 Jan 2018. I am using postlaju to post my parcel on 8 Jan 2018 but at the end my client call and tellIng me that my company made a big trouble to her because she will be flight to Thailand on tomorrow but until today she haven't received. And I try to call post laju office sitiawan to get the phone of Johor branch which is [protected] very funny I start calling non stop from 2 p. m to 2.50 pm the phone keep in busy after 2.50 pm I try call no more busy but no people answer. What kind of service is this? My parcel number En090754347my. I want an explain for my client.
