I booked a flight for 14 June from Tampa to LaCrosse WI itinerary number [protected] I cancelled the flight the next day So I could change my date to 13 June instead, and have not received a refund I tried to use the virtual agent but three times they said cannot help me so I called the number given and was told it would be over 4 hours so I left a callback number and got no callback two days in a row. So the next time I called I stayed on the line and two times they hung up at 2 hours. Still no refund and flight is still on the site. Their policy states if you cancel within 24 hours, which I did, the customer gets a full refund. It is impossible to speak to anybody at the company. This is the first time I have ever used Expedia and I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I wish to have someone from the company contact me and refund my flight. It is not fair to advertise something and then refuse to honor their policy. Now on the site, both flights are showing up. Why would I fly from the same place to the same location two days in a row without a return flight?
