Itinerary # [protected] I cancelled both flights on 13th August via phone call with a customer representative. I still haven't heard back nor received my refund. I called again on 21st August, very unhelpful customer service. Having booked via Expedia I expect the company to resolve the issues with the airline, otherwise why Expedia partners with such airlines they cannot get resolution quickly? I will be claiming my money from Expedia through courts if not heard back soon.
