I hav3 been unable to access my farm account for 6 weeks. Many many tickets it's completely unreadable responses when they even bother to respond. Several emails sent and repeated responses. I have been asked four times to make a new account, send that ID Number, along with the lost ID number and I will be reinstated. This has still not happened. I have lost valuable build time, rewards and prizes due to YOUR total INCOMPETENCE in this matter and this is a FINAL FIX IT OR CLOSE IT request. I am no longer prepared to put up with your grossly disrespectful attitude towards people who pay and still like to play this game.
