Hi. When ever I report somethings wrong. I start a ticket with customer service. They get back to me, but then when I go into that ticket. It says "failed to load comments" with a button to retry. That's what it says every time I report something. I've pressed retry many times over days at a time. It never loads properly. Once before that started happening it used to work and they said to send pics. On my side it won't let me send pics. As you can see in the pics I've sent you here. The attached button isn't on. Please fix this. I can't report anything cos I can't open anything or send pics of anything. Usually my complaints are about my troops dying for no reason. I've not signed into the game for days. I haven't sent any troops anywhere, not gathering recourses, none on any missions, nothing and I've had a truce agreement active. Yet when I sign back in I've got 20, 000 troops dead and siege weapons dead.
