I've purchased a concert ticket and when the concert day finally came I was extremely excited. That was nothing special, just a small event which was supposed to be held in a local bar. I arrived at the place and was shocked when I found out that concert was cancelled. Many people stood outside, argued with the security guard. Even thought the concert was cancelled there was no information about that on Eventbrite. When I came back home I tried to contact the person who sold me the ticket but the did not reply. Then I contacted Eventbrite and explained the situation, I clearly said that there was a scammer on their website which sold fake tickets but they did nothing at all. They said they'll do something about that but they really did not care.
