Hello There, Thanks a lot for providing such a platform, kind of exclaimed being a first time user. I am getting constantly harassed by the company mentioned for default payment, according to them. The history is explained below for your kind understanding. I have had an internet connection in use under an A/C no: [protected] with the company in the year 2017. Being fed up of the quality of the service coupled with my necessity to change my apartment, I have decided to discontinue the connection and started contacting the company through phone calls. Every attempt to contact the company was extremely difficult to get through and the telephone numbers provided were never attended. However, I have been posting repeated requests to all possible e-mail id's available in the company websites which also were never responded. Amidst this attempts, I have been paying my bills to avoid running into disputes while the service is not being used. Once I received an SMS (which also I mention in one of the attached e-mails) that I will be contacted in 72 hours by the company representative to help me close the account, which also never happened. My attempts to find our their offices in the town I live also hasn't succeeded. Now the company makes intermittent calls and deliver threatening messages reminding me of a pending payment of 749.23 SAR. The amount is shown in my name in the bank records as well now. This is a clear case of cheat from the part of the GO TELECOM, I would really appreciate if the matter could be resolved at the earliest. Looking to hearing from you earliest in this regard.
