Refusal of points discount

Twice at Station [protected] (1195 Danforth Ave, Toronto ON M4J 1M7) they have refused to allow a discount of of my accumulated points. The manger stated they no longer accept extra priileges cards. My Extra Privlileges card #[protected] My esso-extra-b120378">Esso Extra card is #[protected] It appears they are not meeting their ESSO advertised franchise requirements. I have also filed the issue twice thru the client contact screen and have had no answer, this reason why raising issue with you. Gerry Campbell [protected]
