cellphone service

FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FCC. My ENTOUCH phone service gets shut down weekly now. I spent two days with a [censored] customer service supervisor named RICHARD that is such a freaking [censored] [censored] that the [censored] tried calling my inoperable phone and couldn't understand why I didn't pick up!!! I have discovered that it is possible to file a complaint with the FCC and have done so. They require an answer from the company within 30 days so I'll see where that goes. This is an option that everyone should take as it requires much less time than dealing with other offices such as some idiot state AG. Since they begin "blocking" their 611 number when I call I have found out that as my minutes have "EXPIRED" all I need do is make any phone call and it directs me to customer service this seems to get past the [censored]s blocking my number. I have only kept the service because of a possible legal need for some saved calls but I am now going to record the messages and hope that is sufficient then transfer my service once I see what the FCC does. It is also possible to sue them through a formal complaint with the FCC and while that requires legal action with a lawyer it may be well worth the cost
