Money transferred via online banking was not yet received from the bank

I transferred money online last 29th of July thru bank account in Indonesia, named bank mandiri, but I was informed that until now it was not yet received, I ask customer service and there's no any problem with transfer, no reverse transfer notes too.how can I track the money sent there? How can I verify there myself?What I should do?please help me.thank you
