dear support, cashiers in some branches are not respecting the queues and mis-behaving, things happened yesterday in al muruj branch riyadh in ladies section between 2:30 and 3:00PM. his only reason, when i complained, that system was down in the morning and she is back now when in front of us, she gave him money and fill the paper when the queue was waiting. only reason because she is wearing glasses and handling nice bag. i complained to the manager but no action taken he tried to cool me down. it's a respectful company, hopefully you will investigate about it as cashier said wait otherwise i will not do your transaction, let me finish with her. understand your cooperation for your reputation and customer service support. regards
