I would like to be considered for a refund of my deposit. My husband and I ran in to a long list of expenses that were unexpected and unforeseen. Since our visit with the representative Craig Geaslen With Empire Floors, in June 2021, A a series of costly events happened one after another. I became so distracted with those issues, that I did not think of cancelling the floor work with Empire. Our finances became urgent as expenses kept mounting. I then called Empire today to cancel the work ask for a refund. I was turned down but the money is so important that I have to insist on further review. Please consider us for this request. I realize that this would be an exception to your contract as I exceeded the time limits to cancel. A credit will not help because we do not know when we can afford floor work.
