Ecco customer Service Lied! Followed the procedure for a return, plus called Ecco customer service explained the size problem, CS said to return, mark for exchange foe a different size. Ask about whether size was available, he checked and said he would mark for exchange and hold the size needed. Return was delivered but a credit was issued almost a month after the return, Called and Customer service Scott said CS was wrong, they could not hold for exchange. Total lie. I like the shoes but the customer service lies need to stop or fire those who lie just to make a sale.
