Cannot record fox news channels

I live in Katy, TX The channel guide does not give information regarding the programming on the Fox News channels (205 and 206) therefore you cannot record these channels for later viewing. Contacted customer support and they tried to update my HOPPER but still the programing for Fox is not listed. They tell me the only thing I can do is complain as several others have.
