Customer Service Representative’s rudeness.

I called Davidzon Customer service from my number: [protected] at 1:19 PM on 07/19/21. I called because I was under the impression that some amount of money disappeared from my Davidzon card. I got connected to the Davidzon phone representative named Julie (this name she provided me with). This representative was extremely rude to me. From the very beginning of our conversation, just after Julie briefly listened to my concern, she told me that I was "[censored]ting". Her exact words were: "You are telling [censored]". She said it to me (!!) Could you imagine the customer service representative talking this way?? Moreover, I did not say any rude words to her. I just asked her to double check my account. This is an outrage!! No customer service representative can talk to the customers this way. No normal person would talk this way. What kind of customer service support does Davidzon Phone card have? This is unacceptable.
