I am attempted to contact cudo numerous times via email, live chat and phone line. I filled out the online contact form weeks ago with no response and received an email saying I will be contacted in 2 business days business days which had now been 7 business days. I have called their phone line numerous times and the recording says I am first inline for well over and hour and when you press for a callback once you reached the front of the queue it never happens. I have asked via live chat for the contact for cudos complaints team but they do not respond. I have been extremely patient so far understanding the current covid situation but this is a blatant disregard for the rights of the customer.
