My Google Account was hacked and someone uploaded some documents without my concern from my CourseHero account. All following documents violate Date Privacy Laws (U.S. Privacy Act) since all the documents contain email addresses, phone numbers, home address information, and full name. I DO NOT have any rights over these documents since none of these documents belong to me. The documents were uploaded without the original owner's consent, which clearly breaks the "Terms of Use" of CourseHero. I emailed them multiple times regarding the removal of documents but they did not reply as of yet. I am requesting immediate help from Course Hero.
