Non- delivery and non-communication.

My guitar was picked up on 4/8/21 from the lutheir to be delivered to my residential address. The sender was told it was a 2 day delivery turn around. It is now 7 days and still no sign of my parcel. Emailed CouriersPlease on their website and after 3 days still no reply. Rang their customer service yesterday, was told they will escalate my enquiry and I will get feedback within 24hrs. Time passed and still no response. Rang them again today. They still were unable to locate my parcel and apparently could not get in touch with their driver nor the driver's manager. Told me to wait for another 24hr for feedback. This is a delivery from metro Sydney to metro Sydney and 7 days later still no sign of nor any information on my parcel.
