Stopped anti clockwise at costa coffee drive through while stuck on m25 today 16/7 around 2.45- 2 ham& cheese toasted 2 med lattes 1 lemon muffin. Young lad charged £17.80 gave no receipt, kept thinking that was dear when I got home checked prices and found that I had been overcharged !! Honestly what is happening to Costa, food has got smaller bread could not get any thinner and toilets service etc, got very poor !! I would only go in another Costa if I was desperate…… shame as use to put service and standard of food first ….
