In my case Costco logistics called and said that would deliver in the morning and someone else will come in afternoon to install. They said it can only be done on Wednesdays and a couple of weeks in advance, but thats not a problem. They delivered the box with the dishwasher but my problem started when their installer never showed up. I tried to call them back several times. Their automated message said you are in line and there is 107 min wait time. what??? So I called Costco customer service next day and they said they can't do anything about it and wanted me to call the Costco logistics and wait in line. They had no access to schedule the installation and there was no other way to schedule the installation. The Rep created a case number and someone call you back in a week!!! ( she said they are very busy) if i can't reach them, my next step is to return it to the local store. just will need to find someone to help me to load into my truck and go buy a new one from HD.
