I bought a car from Copart Lansing, MI, listed as automatic, they took the picture in such a way that you won't be able to see the gear. My Buyers number is 713122. And the lot number is [protected] Now I made a complaint to them and instead of making the correction since the mistake was theirs, they are asking me to pay for it, and then resist it with them. Are you for real? The mistake was theirs and they still want me to pay for it. The alternative is that I will pay a fine of $600 and let the car go. Please is there anyone who can help me please. This is pure fraud and they are getting away with it. How is it my fault when I was buying a car listed as automatic only to find out that it is manual, and even if I pay and they want to resist it, they will resist it as manual, hence no one will want to pay what I paid for a manual.
