After multiple purchases Conns never sent an updated payment book and also canceled my online access for the correct account. I would pay by going to the store and paying what they said to. Suddenly 2 weeks after a payment of $80 was made I received a phone call that I owe nearly $600 they hadn't received full payment in 2 months. Being my husband paid he gave my info paid what was advised, I should not be 100% responsible for their mistake. They have reported to all 3 credit bureaus dropping my score. And will be reporting again unless I pay the entire $600 in one payment. No investigation. My fathers account gets pulled with my phone number yet my payments aren't there, fed up! Eat the missing payments get me my payment book and account access for all purchases and this will not be an issue.
